Ordering and delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat AED 30 anywhere in the UAE. Orders above AED 350 get free delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order value is AED 100, applied at checkout.
Is faster delivery available in Dubai?
Dubai orders can add a 2-hour express upgrade for AED 10 extra. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
No. Our delivery is set up for addresses within the UAE.
How do I check or change my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will help.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery is our only payment method. We do not take online card payments.
Age and UAE rules
Who can buy from you?
Adults aged 18 and over only. UAE law requires online retailers to verify age with Emirates ID or passport, so we may ask you for ID.
Are your products certified?
Vaping products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT (Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology). Certification can vary by product, so check the ECAS/MoIAT mark on the packaging.

How can I check a product is genuine?
Check the packaging and the ECAS/MoIAT mark. If anything looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp straight away.
What if my order is damaged, faulty or wrong?
