These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vapeshopdubaiuae.com and any order you place with Vape Shop Dubai UAE (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over. UAE law restricts the sale of these products to adults, and we may ask for your Emirates ID or passport to verify your age. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify that you are an adult.

Products and information

We take care to describe products accurately using manufacturer information, but specifications, flavours, packaging and images may change or contain errors. Product availability can change without notice.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is by Cash on Delivery only. The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order. If we find a pricing or listing error, or an item is unavailable, we may contact you or cancel the affected item.

Orders and delivery

  • Delivery is a flat AED 30 across the UAE, and free on orders above AED 350.
  • The minimum order value is AED 100.
  • Dubai orders can add a 2-hour express upgrade for AED 10 extra.
  • We deliver to addresses within the UAE. Please give a complete and correct address and a phone number we can reach.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, faulty or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Using our products lawfully

You are responsible for using these products in line with UAE law. Vaping products must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products) and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT, and certification can vary by product. Vaping is restricted in many public places. Nicotine is addictive. We make no health, safety or smoking-cessation claims about any product.
