Delivery Times by Emirate
Delivery speed depends on where you live. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are served the same day, while the other emirates go by courier. The times below are the ones we work to, and Dubai traffic can add a little to the two-hour window at peak hours.

Vape Delivery and Payment UAE: Payment Options by Emirate
The payment methods available also depend on the emirate you are ordering from. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman customers can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. Customers in the courier emirates pay by cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

For card payments we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay where your device supports them. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and the price at the time you place the order is the price you pay. Our terms and conditions cover pricing errors and cancelled items.
Minimum Order and Delivery Charges
Vape delivery and payment UAE rules are simple. The minimum order value is AED 100. Delivery is free on orders above AED 350. Orders below AED 350 pay a delivery charge, which is shown before you confirm, so you always see the total first.
How to reach free delivery
The easiest way to pass AED 350 is to combine items you need anyway. A device with a spare pod pack, or a few replacement coils alongside an e-liquid, usually gets there without buying anything you will not use. Start from the pod system range, add matching pod cartridges or replacement coils, and use our pod compatibility finder to make sure the spares fit.
Choosing between a disposable and a refillable kit
A disposable is the cheapest single item, but a refillable kit costs less per day over time. If you are unsure, read the disposable vape buying guide and the pod system buying guide before you decide.
Age Checks at the Door
We sell to adults aged 18 and over only. The courier or driver may ask to see an Emirates ID or passport when the order arrives, and we may refuse or cancel an order if age cannot be verified. UAE law may set higher requirements, and you are responsible for following them. The full process is on our age verification page.
Vaping products sold in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT. Read the MOIAT regulation for electronic nicotine products for the national requirements, and check the mark on the pack when your order arrives.
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
Vape delivery and payment UAE problems are rare, but check the parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, report it within 24 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will review it. How fast is vape delivery in Dubai?
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders arrive within about two hours, depending on traffic, from 10am to 11pm every day of the week.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order value is AED 100.
When is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders above AED 350. Smaller orders pay a delivery charge that is shown before you confirm the order.
Can I pay by card outside Dubai?
Card payment is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain use cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are delivered seven days a week. Courier emirates are served Monday to Saturday, with no Sunday courier.
Will I need ID at delivery?
