Flerbar 3500 review overview: a nicotine-free disposable
The Flerbar 3500 is a rechargeable disposable vape rated by its maker for approximately 3,500 puffs. The listing describes a 12 ml pre-filled nicotine-free e-liquid tank, a 650 mAh rechargeable battery with Type-C fast charging, and a mesh coil with HRTP, which the listing expands as a Harm-Reducing Technology Platform. The nicotine strength is 0 mg, or 0 percent, which is the feature that sets it apart from most disposables sold in the UAE.
Like other draw-activated disposables, it has no buttons, no refilling and no coil changes. You inhale to fire it, recharge the battery through the Type-C port when needed, and discard the device when the liquid is finished. The decisions that matter are small: whether you want a vape with no nicotine at all, which of the twenty-five flavours suits you, and whether you want one device or a box of five.
The sections below set out the specifications, explain the tank, battery and coil in plain terms, compare the Flerbar with two other disposables from our shop that list their own specifications, and cover price, delivery and the UAE rules. Where the listing says nothing, we say so instead of filling the gap with guesses.
Specifications from the listing
The listing gives a short, clear specification sheet, and it is the only source we use for numbers. Puff ratings are maker claims, not guarantees, because real use depends on how you draw.
- Brand and category: Flerbar, disposable vape.
- Puff capacity: approximately 3,500 puffs.
- E-liquid volume: 12 ml nicotine-free e-liquid.
- Battery: 650 mAh, rechargeable.
- Charging: Type-C fast charging.
- Nicotine strength: 0 mg, or 0 percent nicotine.
- Coil: mesh coil with HRTP (Harm-Reducing Technology Platform).
The listing does not publish dimensions, weight, mouthpiece material, airflow settings, a battery run time or a charging time, so we do not quote any. Older versions of this page carried figures for size and battery hours that the listing does not support, and we removed them. If a detail matters to you, ask us before ordering.
Battery, charging and tank
Three parts decide how a disposable behaves: the tank, the coil and the battery. The Flerbar lists a figure for the first and last and a technology name for the coil. The tank holds 12 ml of pre-filled e-liquid, which is a moderate size for a device rated at 3,500 puffs and fits the rating without needing a very large reservoir.
The battery is a 650 mAh cell that charges through a Type-C port, and the listing calls the charging fast. Rechargeability matters because it means the battery is not the limit on the tank: you can top it up and keep going until the liquid runs out, instead of throwing away a device that still holds e-liquid. The listing says this is more cost-effective than many traditional disposables, though we have not measured that.
The coil is a mesh coil paired with what the listing calls HRTP. Mesh coils spread heat over a wider area than a basic wire coil and are generally chosen to help flavour stay even through the tank. The listing describes HRTP as a Harm-Reducing Technology Platform but gives no technical detail, so we cannot explain how it works or what it changes. Treat it as a marketing term until the maker publishes more.
What 0 mg nicotine means
The listing states 0 mg, or 0 percent, nicotine, and says the e-liquid is nicotine-free. That puts the Flerbar in a different group from most disposables, which commonly carry strengths from low single figures up to 50 mg. A nicotine-free vape delivers flavour and vapour without the nicotine that drives dependence, which is why some adults choose it as a way to keep the habit of vaping without taking in nicotine.
Nicotine-free does not mean risk-free. Vapour from any device still contains other substances, the long-term effects of inhaling them are not fully understood, and the listing makes no health claims we can verify. We therefore do not describe it as safe, and nothing here is medical advice. People trying to stop smoking should speak to a doctor or a pharmacist, and the NHS page linked at the end of this article explains the evidence on e-cigarettes in more detail.
Without nicotine, you will not feel the throat sensation that nicotine gives. The listing says the mesh coil gives an enhanced throat feel, but that is a description of intent, and individual experience will vary. If a strong hit is what you want, this is probably the wrong product, and a nicotine-containing model is a better comparison.
Choosing a flavour is easier when you decide first whether you prefer sweet, sharp or cool. Candy and dessert profiles such as Strawberry Cotton Candy and Strawberry Ice Cream lean sweet, the cola and energy drink options are tangy, and the ice flavours add a menthol finish. Because there is no nicotine, the flavour is the main thing you are paying for, so it is worth thinking about which one you would be happy to finish.
Flavours and pack options
The listing offers twenty-five flavours. The shop describes each in a sentence, and they group into a few families, which makes the choice quicker.
- Fruit: Blue Razz, Blueberry Apple, Cherry, Green Grape, Orange Kiwi, Passion Fruit, Purple Grape, Strawberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Tropical Fruit, Watermelon Razz, Pink Watermelon, Lime Peach and Mango Pineapple Orange.
- Cool and icy: Apple Ice, Banana Ice and Peach Freeze.
- Soda and energy drink: Cherry Cola, Lemonade Cola, Vanilla Cola and Red Energy.
- Sweet and dessert: Rainbow Sweet, Strawberry Cotton Candy, Strawberry Ice Cream and Strawberry Lemonade.
Two pack options are listed, 1 piece and a box of 5 pieces. Flavour availability can change with stock, so confirm your choice on the product page. If you plan to buy the box, pick flavours you already know you like, since a box commits you to five devices.
How to read the 3,500 puff rating
A puff rating is a manufacturer estimate, normally worked out from a standard draw length under lab conditions. Real habits differ. Longer, harder or more frequent draws use more liquid, and short sips use less, so two people can finish the same device in very different times. The listing says “approximately 3500 puffs”, and the word approximately is important.
A better guide to capacity is the liquid volume. The Flerbar carries 12 ml, while the Elf Bar 3500 on our shop lists 10.5 ml for a similar puff rating, and the Yuoto Lucious lists 8 ml for 3,000 puffs. Seeing the rating alongside the volume shows that the 3,500 figure rests on assumptions about draw size rather than a promise about how long the device will last.
The listing gives no run time in days, and we have not measured one, so we do not offer a figure. Older text on this page claimed specific battery hours and days of use for light and heavy vapers. Because the listing does not support them, they have been removed. The practical advice is simple: use your first device to learn your own pace, then decide whether a box of five makes sense.
Comparison with similar disposables
The table puts the Flerbar first and sets it beside two disposables from our shop with comparable puff ratings. Figures come from each product listing and were correct at the time of writing.
| Model | Rated puffs | E-liquid | Battery | Nicotine | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flerbar 3500 (this review) | About 3,500 | 12 ml | 650 mAh, rechargeable | 0 mg | AED 35 |
| Elf Bar 3500 | 3,500 | 10.5 ml | 1500 mAh, non-rechargeable | 50 mg | AED 35 |
| Yuoto Lucious 3000 | 3,000 | 8 ml | 1350 mAh, non-rechargeable | 5% salt nicotine | AED 30 |
The Flerbar is the only one of the three that is rechargeable and the only one with 0 mg nicotine, and it has the largest tank. The other two carry a larger fixed battery that is not rechargeable, and both contain nicotine. The comparison therefore depends mostly on whether you want nicotine at all. An older version of this page compared the Flerbar with products we could not verify, so those rows were replaced.
Price, value and delivery
On our shop the Flerbar 3500 is listed at AED 35, and the price can change, so confirm it on the product page. At the same price as the Elf Bar 3500 it offers a bigger tank and a rechargeable battery, though a different nicotine strength, so the value depends on what you want from the device.
One device is below our minimum order, which is AED 100. You will need to add other items or choose the box of 5 to reach it. Delivery is a flat AED 30 on orders below AED 350 and free on orders above AED 350. An order of exactly AED 350 still pays AED 30.
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders are delivered in about two hours, between 10am and 11pm, seven days a week, and you can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. Other emirates are served by courier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, with cash on delivery or bank transfer. Pros and cons
This Flerbar 3500 review summary is based on the specifications and the shop listing, so it describes what the product claims to be rather than what months of daily use would show. Weigh the cons honestly before you order.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Listed at 0 mg nicotine | No nicotine throat sensation, and not risk-free to inhale |
| Rechargeable 650 mAh battery with Type-C | Puff rating is a maker estimate and varies with how you draw |
| 12 ml tank, larger than the other two disposables compared | Single-use, so it costs more over time than a refillable kit |
| Twenty-five flavours and a 1 piece or box of 5 option | Flavour availability may vary with stock |
| AED 35 listed price, no buttons or settings | No size, weight or run time published in the listing |
UAE rules and age limit
Vaping products sold in the UAE are expected to meet UAE.S 5030:2018 and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT, so check the mark on the pack when it arrives. We sell to adults aged 21 and over only, and UAE law may set a higher age or other conditions, so make sure you meet whichever is stricter. We may ask for an Emirates ID or passport on delivery, as explained on our 21+ age verification page.
A nicotine-free label does not make a vape suitable for under-age users, pregnant women or people with heart or lung conditions, and anyone unsure should ask a doctor first. Use the device only where vaping is permitted, store it somewhere cool and dry, keep it away from children and pets, and dispose of spent devices and batteries properly rather than in household waste.
