The Panther Series is a high-VG shortfill made for sub-ohm vaping. The listing gives a 78/22 VG/PG ratio, a 60 ml bottle with 50 ml of liquid and a nicotine strength of 3 mg once you add one 18 mg nicotine shot. It is aimed at flavour chasers and cloud-lovers who use open tanks.
The important point is the format. The 3 mg figure only applies after you add a separate 18 mg shot, which is itself a nicotine product, so the finished liquid is not nicotine-free. The listing does not say the bottle contains any nicotine before the shot is added.
The listing calls the bottle childproof, tamper-evident and recyclable, and says it is TPD compliant. TPD is an EU rule, not a UAE registration, so it does not tell you about UAE status.

UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
The listing gives 3 mg as the strength after a 18 mg nicotine shot is added. The shot is a separate product, so check it against the same rules, and note that the finished mix at 3 mg is below the 20 mg/mL limit in the UAE standard. Under the UAE standard, e-liquid nicotine is capped at 20 mg/mL at the time of writing, and products are administered by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT). We cannot confirm any product’s registration from a listing alone, so check the current rules on the official site and buy from a licensed seller.

On 15 October 2026 the product page for the Dr Vape Panther Series 60ml lists AED 49, and each of the 19 flavour options shows the same AED 49. The page gives no separate price for the 18 mg nicotine shot, so treat the shot as an extra cost and check its price before you pay.
The per-ml maths uses only listing data. The listing gives 50 ml of liquid in a 60 ml bottle, so AED 49 divided by 50 ml is AED 0.98 per ml of liquid. Spread across the whole 60 ml bottle it is about AED 0.82 per ml, but that counts empty space that is only filled once you add the shot, so AED 0.98 is the fairer figure. Neither number includes the shot.
For context, the comparison table above shows two ready-to-use 3 mg liquids from AED 60: the 120 ml Bubblegum King works out at AED 0.50 per ml and the 100 ml Brown Sugar at AED 0.60 per ml. Skip it too if you want a bottle that is ready to use straight away, because the 3 mg strength only exists after you add the shot, and the shot is sold separately.
