Elf Bar Raya D3 25000 review: quick verdict and who it suits
The Raya D3 has a mesh coil, Type-C fast charging and a rechargeable battery. The listing adds a digital side screen, a blue ring light, an air and pressure adjustment for draw resistance and three performance modes.
It is sold in one strength, 50mg (5 percent) nicotine, which is high and is the most important thing to understand before buying. At AED 45 it costs the same as the Geekbar Watt 23000.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you are an adult nicotine user who already uses high-strength products, wants a large rechargeable disposable and likes to adjust the draw resistance and choose between modes.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you do not already use nicotine, if you want a lighter strength, or if you want to know the battery size and liquid volume, since the listing gives neither. The Waka Sopro 20000 lists an 850mAh battery.
Specifications and what is in the listing
The listing gives these details. The maker puff figure is 25,000. Nicotine is 50mg (5 percent), the battery is rechargeable, charging is Type-C fast charging and the coil is an advanced mesh coil. The liquid is described only as a large-capacity prefilled pod.
The listing does not give the liquid volume in ml, the battery size in mAh or a charge time. It names three customisable performance modes without describing them. The 15 flavours include Alpine Mint, Arabica Coffee, Blueberry Ice, Double Mango, Grape Ice, Peach Ice and Watermelon Bubblegum. It is offered as one piece or a box of 10. The puff count is a maker figure, not a measurement.
Elf Bar Raya D3 25000 review: nicotine strength and airflow control
Nicotine salt gives a smoother throat hit than freebase at the same strength, which is why a 50mg salt can feel mild while still delivering a large dose. 50mg is a high strength, and nicotine is addictive.
What does the air and pressure adjustment do?
The listing says the integrated air and pressure adjustment lets you tune the draw resistance, which changes how tight or open each puff feels. It does not say how the adjustment is made. Our guide to choosing replacement coils and pods helps if you are weighing a refillable device instead.
Coil, battery and everyday use
A mesh coil is designed to give dense vapour and steady flavour as the liquid level drops. The digital side screen should help you keep track of the device, though the listing does not say exactly what it shows.
A disposable holds a lithium battery and a large amount of liquid. When it is finished, dispose of it with care, keep it away from heat and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
How it compares with other disposables
The table compares this device with three other disposables we list, using only figures from their listings.
| Disposable | Puffs (maker claim) | Nicotine | Battery | Price (AED) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Elf Bar Raya D3 25000 (this review) | 25,000 | 50mg (5%) | Rechargeable, size not stated | 45 |
| Geekbar Watt 23000 | Up to 23,000 | 50mg (5%) salt | Rechargeable, size not stated | 45 |

UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE fall under a national standard, which you can read about on the UAE.S 5030:2018 standard (MoIAT). This product contains nicotine, which is addictive. Rules on nicotine strength, flavours and device size for disposable products have changed over time and we cannot confirm every strength here. It is sold only in 50mg (5 percent), a high nicotine level, so confirm it is permitted before ordering. Rules can change, so confirm current limits with MOIAT rather than relying on any blog post.
The NHS says vaping is less harmful than smoking but not risk-free, and that it is not for people who do not smoke or for children. We sell only to adults aged 21 and over. Keep devices, pods, coils and liquids away from children and pets.
This post is general product information, not medical or legal advice, and we make no claim that vaping helps anyone quit smoking.
Price and value in AED (checked 15 October 2026)
On 15 October 2026 the Elf Bar Raya D3 25000 listing shows two purchase options for each flavour: a single piece at AED 45 and a box of 10 pieces at AED 450. The price is the same across all 15 flavours within each option, so choosing Alpine Mint or Arabica Coffee does not change what you pay. Prices and stock can change, so confirm the figure on the Elf Bar Raya D3 25000 product page before ordering.
The box works out at AED 45 a piece, exactly the single price, because ten single pieces also cost AED 450. In other words the listing gives no box discount. A box makes sense for convenience or to reach the free-delivery line in one step, while singles let you spread the spend across several flavours at no extra cost per device.
Using the maker figure of 25,000 puffs, AED 45 comes to about AED 1.80 per 1,000 claimed puffs. For context, the Geekbar Watt 23000 is listed at AED 45 for up to 23,000 puffs, about AED 1.96 per 1,000 claimed puffs, and the Geek Bar Pulse X 25000 at AED 49 for up to 25,000 puffs, about AED 1.96. The Waka Sopro 20000 is listed at AED 60 for up to 20,000 puffs, about AED 3.00. These are sums on listing figures, not measured results, because puff counts are maker claims and real use varies. The Raya D3 listing gives no puff figure for each of its three modes, so the claimed figure should not be read as applying to every mode.
Delivery terms and minimum order
Our minimum order is AED 100, so a single AED 45 device on its own does not qualify. Three single pieces (AED 135) or one box (AED 450) do. Delivery is free above AED 350 and a flat AED 30 below that. A box of 10 at AED 450 therefore ships free, as do eight single pieces at AED 360, while seven single pieces at AED 315 would carry the AED 30 fee.
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders are delivered in about 2 hours, from 10am to 11pm, 7 days a week, and you can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. Orders to other emirates go by courier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, with cash on delivery or bank transfer. Full terms are on our delivery and payment page. Delivery times depend on traffic and the address.
Who it suits and who should skip it
Everything in this section comes from the product listing, not from hands-on testing. The Raya D3 is the feature-heavy option among the disposables we list: the listing describes a digital side screen that shows e-liquid and battery levels, a blue outer ring light, an air and pressure adjustment for draw resistance and three customisable performance modes that balance flavour intensity, vapour production and battery efficiency.
It suits an adult who already uses nicotine at a high strength, since it is sold only at 50mg (5 percent), and who enjoys adjusting a device rather than leaving it on one setting. It also suits someone who likes a wide flavour range, with 15 options from mint and coffee to tropical fruit blends, and someone who wants a rechargeable Type-C device with no refilling or coil changes, as the listing describes it as maintenance-free.
Skip it if you do not currently use nicotine, because nicotine is addictive and 50mg is a high strength. Skip it if you are under 21. Skip it if you want a lighter strength, since there is no lower option, or a refillable device, since the listing says it is not refillable. The listing also says it is slightly larger than smaller disposables, so it may not suit you if you want the smallest pocket size. If you want a choice of strength, our Vozol Star 20000 review covers a model sold in 20mg and 50mg.
Flavours, format and running costs
The listing offers 15 flavours in two formats. Because a disposable has no refills or coils, the running cost is mostly the purchase price.
The 15 flavours on the listing
The listing groups the flavours by style. For mint and coffee there are Alpine Mint, a crisp mint, and Arabica Coffee, a rich aromatic coffee. The ice group includes Blueberry Ice, sweet blueberries with a frosty menthol finish, Grape Ice, grape with a cool exhale, and Peach Ice, peach with a chilling menthol twist. The fruit blends include Blueberry Raspberry, Double Apple, Double Mango, Grape Cherry, Mango Peach, Mango Peach Watermelon, Peach Berry and Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava. Watermelon Bubblegum pairs juicy watermelon with a bubble gum finish.
The written description lists Watermelon Ice as the fifteenth flavour, while the product selector shows Strawberry Grape in its place, so check the flavour name on the page when you order. If you want to avoid a cooling sensation, look at Double Mango, Grape Cherry or Mango Peach, whose names do not mention ice, and read the description first.
One piece or a box of 10
A single piece at AED 45 suits a first try of one flavour, but the AED 100 minimum order means you need at least three pieces or a box to check out. A box of 10 at AED 450 gives ten devices in the flavour you pick, with no saving over buying singles, so it only helps if you want one flavour in bulk or an easy route past the AED 350 free-delivery line. Mixed baskets of singles cost the same per device.
What it costs to run
There is nothing to buy after the first purchase except the electricity for charging through the Type-C port. The listing describes the device as maintenance-free with no refills or coil changes, so the only recurring cost is the next device. The listing gives no liquid volume in ml, no battery size in mAh and no charge time, so we cannot work out a cost per ml or per charge.
The three modes matter for cost. The listing says they balance flavour intensity, vapour production and battery efficiency, which suggests that a setting favouring more vapour may use the device faster, but the listing does not say which mode does what or how the puff figure changes. A practical method is to note the date you open a device and the date it finishes, then divide the AED 45 price by the number of days to get your own daily cost.
What to check on the page before you order
Before paying, run through a short checklist on the product page. First, confirm the format, one piece at AED 45 or a box of 10 at AED 450, and the flavour, including the name shown in the selector. Second, note that the only strength is 50mg (5 percent). Third, check that your basket meets the AED 100 minimum and whether it passes the AED 350 free-delivery line.
Fourth, look at compliance. UAE.S 5030:2018 is the UAE technical standard for electronic nicotine delivery systems, and ECAS, the Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme, is the conformity framework used for regulated products. The listing states that the product complies with UAE vaping regulations but does not show a certificate or registration number. To confirm what applies to a nicotine product, use the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) website and ask our team before ordering. Rules on strength and flavours have changed over time, so treat this post as general information only.
Fifth, age. We sell only to adults aged 21 and over, and UAE law may set higher requirements for you. See our 21+ age verification page for how we handle this. Spotting a genuine device matters too, so read how to spot an original vape in Dubai before you buy.

Price, delivery and final verdict
The listed price is AED 45. Prices and stock can change, so check the Elf Bar Raya D3 25000 listing for the current figure.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Adjustable draw resistance and three modes | Single strength only, 50mg |
| Digital side screen and ring light | No battery size or liquid volume in the listing |
| Type-C fast charging, 15 flavours | Modes are not described |
| Same price as the Geekbar Watt 23000 | Puff figure is a maker claim, not a test |
Our verdict: the Raya D3 25000 suits adult nicotine users who want a large rechargeable disposable with adjustable draw resistance and a screen and who understand what 50mg means. The listing leaves the battery size and liquid volume out. If you are new to nicotine, do not start.
