Who can buy from us

You must be 18 or over to browse for purchase, order or receive any product from this site. UAE law restricts the sale of these products to adults. Vaping is not for children, and the NHS guidance on vaping also says it is not for people who do not smoke.

If you are buying for someone else, you must still be an adult, and you must not pass a product to anyone under 18. Giving nicotine products to a minor is both irresponsible and a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

How vape age verification UAE checks work

UAE rules expect online retailers to verify the age of their customers. For that reason we may ask for your Emirates ID or passport before we confirm or deliver an order. We ask for it only to check your age, and we handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

A delivery may also be handed over only to an adult at the address. Please have your ID ready when the order arrives, because the person delivering may ask to see it.

In practice, vape age verification UAE customers meet with us has three steps. First, you confirm you are 18 or over when you place the order. Second, we may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to ask for ID if anything about the order is unclear. Third, the courier may check ID again at the door. None of these steps is meant to be a hassle; they exist so that every order goes to an adult.

If we cannot verify your age

Vaping products in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products) and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT (Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology).
