Vape Age Limit UAE: Who Can Buy From Us
You must be 18 or older to browse for purchase, order or receive any product from this site. UAE law may set a higher age, and you are responsible for following it. If you are not sure, check with MoIAT or the relevant authority before you order.
How We Check the Vape Age Limit UAE Rules Require
We may ask for your Emirates ID or passport before we confirm or deliver an order. We use it to check your age only. The courier may also ask to see your ID at the door, so keep it ready when your order arrives. For the full process, read our age verification page.
If We Cannot Confirm Your Age
We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot confirm that you are an adult, even after it has been placed. If you are over 18 and have trouble proving your age, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Buying for Someone Else
The vape age limit UAE rules apply to the person who receives the product, not only the person who pays. You must not pass nicotine products to anyone under 18. Keep devices, pods and e-liquid away from children and pets.

Vaping products sold in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT. Rules can change, so rely on the regulator rather than any retailer page. We sell to adults aged 18 and over only, and UAE law may set higher requirements. Delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman takes about two hours, depending on traffic, and other emirates go by courier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
