FreeMax Rexa Pro review: quick verdict and who it suits
The Rexa Pro is a feature-heavy pod kit for adults who want a big screen, Bluetooth and two output modes in a pocket device. The listing says it supports MTL and RDL draws through adjustable airflow.
The closest rivals are the OXVA kits. See the Xlim Pro 3 review and the Xlim Pro 2 review.
Who should buy it
Buy the Rexa Pro if you want a touch screen, Bluetooth and a magnetic PCTG pod and prefer FreeMax over the usual brands.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you want a simple kit or the biggest battery, since a bigger screen means more to set up and 1300mAh is mid-range.
Specifications and what is in the listing
The listing gives the following for this FreeMax Rexa Pro review: output of 5 to 30W, a resistance range of 0.4 to 3.0 ohm, Power and Smart output modes, a 1300mAh rechargeable battery, button firing, Bluetooth connectivity, a zinc-alloy chassis, adjustable airflow for MTL and RDL, Type-C fast charging, a 2ml side-fill pod with a magnetic PCTG connection and a 2.51-inch HD touch screen, in a 118 x 27 x 18 mm body.
The listing says the kit comes with two high-performance pods. It lists several colours, which change with stock.
FreeMax Rexa Pro power, battery and draw
Power runs from 5 to 30W in Power or Smart mode. A 1300mAh battery suits a moderate user through a day.
Pods and coils
The kit uses Rexa pods, with 3ml replacement pods on the store. Check the pod listing for the fit and choose a resistance to suit your liquid.
Everyday use and upkeep
The touch screen handles settings, and the kit connects by Bluetooth. The 2ml pod fills from the side.
Charge with USB-C, avoid parked cars in Dubai heat and let a new pod soak before use. Do not overfill.
How it compares with similar kits
The table compares the Rexa Pro with three other kits we list, using figures from the product titles and listings.
| Kit | Power | Battery | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| FreeMax Rexa Pro | 5-30W | 1300mAh | AED 120 |
| OXVA Xlim Pro 3 | Up to 30W | 1500mAh | AED 130 |
| OXVA Xlim Pro 2 | 30W | 1300mAh | AED 120 |
| Vaporesso Luxe X2 | 40W | 2000mAh | AED 130 |
The Xlim Pro 2 costs the same with a smaller screen. The Xlim Pro 3 costs AED 10 more with 200mAh more battery, and the Luxe X2 AED 10 more with 700mAh extra.
UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE fall under a national standard, which you can read about on the UAE.S 5030:2018 standard (MoIAT). This is a refillable kit, so the nicotine strength depends on the liquid. Buy only from a licensed seller and keep the receipt. Rules can change, so confirm current limits with MOIAT rather than relying on any blog post.
The NHS says vaping is less harmful than smoking but not risk-free, and that it is not for people who do not smoke or for children. We sell only to adults aged 21 and over. Keep devices, pods, coils and liquids away from children and pets.
This post is general product information, not medical or legal advice, and we make no claim that vaping helps anyone quit smoking.
Price, delivery and final verdict
The Rexa Pro is listed at AED 120. Prices and stock change, so check the product page before you order.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| 2.51-inch touch screen and Bluetooth | Setup is more involved |
| 5-30W with Power and Smart modes | 1300mAh is mid-range |
| Magnetic PCTG pod and adjustable airflow | 2ml pod is small |
| Two pods in the box per listing | Smaller pod range than OXVA |
Our verdict: the FreeMax Rexa Pro is a feature-rich 30W kit, but the Luxe X2 offers more battery for AED 10 more.
