The RELX Optimus 60000 Puffs revolutionized the game in the UAE vape market in 2026 by pushing the limits of what is possible in the disposable category. It solves the primary problem for heavy vapers, namely how often they need to be replaced, by doubling the number of puffs in some of the 2025 flagship models.

The Engineering of the RELX Optimus 60K
The Optimus gets its 60,000-puff rating by using a high-efficiency design that balances a lot of e-liquid with sophisticated power management.
- 30 mL E-Liquid Reservoir: This is one of the biggest pre-filled tanks on the market right now, and it can hold enough “fuel” for weeks of use.
- Dual-Mesh Coil System: The coils switch between heating cycles to keep the flavor from getting worse and to stop “burnt hits,” so the 30th mL tastes just as good as the first.
- Immersive Digital Display: The high-resolution screen shows real-time haptic feedback and graphic percentages for both e-liquid and battery life, so you don’t have to guess like you do with previous disposables.
- 850mAh Battery & 30W Output: The battery is a little smaller than the Dinner Lady Galax 60K’s 1,000 mAh battery, but RELX’s chipset is geared up for fast USB-C charging, so the gadget can go from 0% to 80% in around 25 minutes.
Performance Modes: Normal vs. Boost
Depending on the shooting mode you choose, the gadget will last for a different amount of time:
| Mode | Estimate of Puff | Feeling of Power Output |
| Normal | around 60,000 | 16W to 20W |
| Boost | Add ~30,000 | As much as 30W |
The “Puff Paradox”:
When you use Boost Mode, the device’s battery life is cut in half. Users usually stay in Normal Mode for everyday use and only switch to Boost when they are around other people.
Market Comparison (UAE 2026)
Right now, there is a three-way fight in Dubai’s high-capacity market between these benchmarks:
- RELX Optimus 60K: The RELX Optimus 60K is known for having the best UI/display and flavor constancy thanks to its dual-mesh technology.
- Dinner Lady Galax 60K: People like it since it has a bigger 1,000 mAh battery and flavors that taste like dessert.
- Pod Salt 35K: A smaller choice for people who want less nicotine (2% instead of the usual 5%) and a concentration on “Hit” instead of “Cloud.”
2026 Pricing & Market Positioning
The RELX Optimus is a high-capacity alternative that is both high-end and affordable in the UAE right now.
| Type of Purchase | Estimated Price (in AED) | Context |
| One Unit | AED 55 | The average pricing at most online and physical stores in Dubai. |
| Bulk Box (10 Units) | AED 500 | The price drops to AED 50.00 per unit, which is a big savings of 10–15%. |
| Pod Salt 35K | AED 45 to AED 50 | A less expensive option for people who would rather have 20 mg (2%) nicotine than 50 mg (5%). |
| Dinner Lady 60K | AED 65+ | It usually costs more because of the bigger 1,000 mAh battery and the brand’s history. |
Signature Flavor Profiles in Dubai
The Optimus series features a lot of “Ice” and “Tropical” flavors to fit the weather in the area.
- The “Big Three” Staples: Watermelon Ice, Grape Ice, and Strawberry Kiwi are still the most popular stocks in the UAE.
- Tropical Mixes: Mango Peach and Tropical Fruit are the best since they have a lot of different layers of sweetness.
- Cultural Classics: The Double Apple flavor is a direct reference to traditional shisha. It has a crisp, red-and-green apple taste with a hint of anise.
Retailer Accessibility & Delivery
Vape shops all throughout the UAE, like Vape Shop Dubai UAE, have made their logistics better for 2026.
- A lot of stores now deliver within the city limits of Dubai in one hour and to Sharjah and Ajman in two to three hours.
- Bulk incentives: Orders above AED 350 usually get free delivery to your home, so ordering a 10-unit box of RELX Optimus is an even better deal.
- Payment Methods: Most large stores accept both cash on delivery (COD) and credit or debit cards. But some establishments charge a little 5% tax on card purchases.
Legal & Safety Compliance in Dubai
According to MoIAT guidelines for 2026, all 60K models sold in good Dubai stores must have:
- Excise Tax Stamps: Proof that the full “sin tax” has been paid.
- QR Authentication: A code that can be scanned to stop fake hardware from being used, which is frequent in devices with a lot of power.
- Standardized Labeling: Health warnings in Arabic and English.
Pros and cons at a glance
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Rated for 60,000 puffs, so one device covers long use | Puff rating is a maker claim and drops with heavy use |
| Strong 50 mg nicotine strength listed | Flavour can soften near the end, and chain-vaping heats the coil |
| No refilling, coil changes or settings | Single-use, so it costs more over time than a refillable kit |
| Priced at AED 55 on our shop | 50 mg is too strong for casual or first-time vapers |

Vaping products sold in the UAE must meet UAE.S 5030:2018 and carry ECAS certification through MoIAT, so check the mark on the pack. Price and value in AED (checked 15 October 2026)
On 15 October 2026 the RELX Optimus 60000 Puffs product page shows a starting price of AED 55 for a single pack (the 1PCS-1PACK option) and AED 500 for the ten-piece box (the 10PCS-1BOX option). The listing is a variable product, so the price you pay depends on the pack and flavour you select. At the time of checking, Blueberry Ice and Grape Ice in the single-pack option show AED 55, and the box option shows AED 500 for every flavour.
One thing to watch: several other single-pack flavour options also show AED 500 on the page. That looks like a listing entry error rather than a real price difference, so read the figure shown for your exact flavour and pack before you add it to the cart.
| Option | Listed price (AED) | Price per device (AED) |
|---|---|---|
| 1PCS-1PACK (Blueberry Ice, Grape Ice) | 55 | 55 |
| 10PCS-1BOX | 500 | 50 |
Using listing figures only, the maths is simple. A single pack at AED 55 against a claimed 60,000 puffs comes to under AED 0.001 per claimed puff. The box at AED 500 for ten devices works out at AED 50 each, which is AED 5 less per device, or about 9 percent below the single-pack price. Puff counts are maker claims given as “up to”, and real use varies with how you vape, so treat any per-puff figure as a rough guide and not a promise.
Delivery terms and minimum order
Delivery is free on orders above AED 350, and orders below that pay a flat AED 30 charge. An order of exactly AED 350 is not above AED 350, so it still pays the charge. The minimum order is AED 100, which means one single pack at AED 55 is not enough on its own. Two single packs come to AED 110, so they meet the minimum, and with the AED 30 charge the total would be AED 140.
If every item is priced at AED 55, six single packs total AED 330 and pay delivery, while seven total AED 385 and ship free. One box at AED 500 is above the free-delivery line by itself. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman orders arrive within about two hours, depending on traffic, from 10am to 11pm, seven days a week, and you can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. Other emirates are served by courier within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, with cash on delivery or bank transfer. The full terms are on the delivery and payment page.
Who it suits and who should skip it
This disposable is aimed at adults aged 21 and over who already use a strong nicotine product and want a device that is rated for a very long run. The listing gives a 30mL (approx.) e-liquid volume, an 850mAh rechargeable battery with Type-C charging, and a digital screen with battery and e-liquid indicators. If you like a sealed device with no refilling, no coil changes and a display that shows what is left, those are the points that matter.
It is a weaker fit in a few cases. The listing itself notes that 5% (50mg) nicotine may not suit light users, so anyone new to nicotine or who vapes only now and then should think twice. The listing also says the device is larger than a standard disposable, so skip it if you want something small for a pocket. And if you prefer to refill a device and choose your own e-liquid, a single-use product is the wrong format. Nobody under 21 should buy it, and UAE law may set higher requirements.
RELX Optimus 60000 Puffs specs explained
Every figure below comes from the product listing or from the earlier sections of this review, and this page is specification-based rather than a hands-on test. Where the listing gives a range or an “up to” figure, we repeat it as a claim from the maker.
Battery, charging and display
The battery is listed at 850mAh and is rechargeable by Type-C fast charging. The listing does not publish a charge time, so this review does not give one. The LED digital screen shows battery and e-liquid indicators, which is useful on a device this size because you can see when either is running low before the device stops working.
Coil, nicotine and modes
The coil is described as a dual mesh coil, the power output is listed at 30W, and the device has two modes, Normal and Boost. The listing does not break the wattage down by mode. Nicotine strength is 5% (50mg), and it is the only strength offered, so there is no lower option to switch to on this model.
Flavours and pack options
The listing names 13 flavours: Blueberry Ice, Grape Ice, Green Mango Ice, Miami Mint, Mixed Berries, Paan, Passion Fruit Guava, Peach Ice, Peach Mango Watermelon, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Mango, Strawberry Watermelon and Watermelon Ice. Pack options are 1PCS-1PACK and 10PCS-1BOX. If you plan to buy a box, pick the flavour carefully, because a box holds ten devices in the flavour you choose.
Care, storage and disposal
The listing advises storing the device away from direct sunlight and high temperatures, which matters in the UAE summer, and disposing of used devices responsibly under electronic waste guidelines. Because the battery is rechargeable but the device is single-use, do not throw a finished unit into household rubbish. Keep it away from children and pets at all times.
What to check on the page before you order
Before you pay, confirm four things on the product page: the pack option (single or box), the flavour, the price shown for that exact combination, and that the item is in stock. Prices and stock can change, so the figures in this review are only correct for the date shown.
Vaping products sold in the UAE should meet UAE.S 5030:2018 and carry ECAS certification, which is handled through MoIAT. Check the mark on the pack when it arrives instead of relying on a seller statement alone. We sell to adults aged 21 and over only, as set out on our age verification page, and UAE law may set higher requirements, which you are responsible for following. We may ask for an Emirates ID or passport at delivery.

Final Thought
In 2026, the RELX Optimus 60,000 Puffs will be a high-value standard in Dubai. It has the most puffs of any product on the market and prices that are fair. It’s wonderful for folks who just use it once in a while as well as for people who buy a lot of them to save money over time without losing features like the built-in digital display and dual-mode performance.
