SAMS Vape Max e-liquid review: quick verdict and who it suits
SAMS Vape Max is a 120ml freebase e-liquid with a 70% VG and 30% PG base at 3mg nicotine. The listing describes the flavour profile as fruity, sweet, icy and tropical, and says it is built for dense clouds with strong flavour accuracy.
The big bottle is the main difference from the other liquids we list. At AED 60 for 120ml it is the lowest cost per ml in our e-liquid comparison.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you are an adult nicotine user with a sub-ohm device or a high-wattage pod system, you vape daily and you like fruit flavours. The large size suits someone who refills often.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you do not already use nicotine, if you want to try a flavour before committing to 120ml, or if you use a small MTL pod and want a salt strength. MEGA and Tokyo Classic come in 30ml bottles for that.
Specifications and what is in the listing
The listing gives these details. The brand is Sams Vape, the bottle is 120ml and the nicotine is 3mg freebase. The ratio is 70% VG and 30% PG. The flavour profile is fruity, sweet, icy and tropical, and compatibility is given as sub-ohm devices, advanced vape kits and high-wattage pod systems. The origin is listed as the USA.
The description also says the liquid was developed under advanced manufacturing standards in the USA. That is a seller statement, and the listing does not give a full ingredient list or independent lab results, so we do not repeat it as a verified claim.
SAMS Vape Max e-liquid review: nicotine strength and flavours
Freebase nicotine usually gives a sharper throat hit than salt at the same strength, so 3mg can feel noticeable in the throat while delivering far less nicotine than a 30mg or 50mg salt. Nicotine is addictive at every strength, and a large bottle means it is easy to keep refilling.
Which strength should you choose?
There is only one option, 3mg, so the choice is whether it suits your current habit. Check current MOIAT rules before you buy, and read our guide to choosing replacement coils and pods if you are choosing a device to pair it with.
The 12 flavours are Max Berry, Max Grape, Max Mango, Max Melon, Max Passion and Max Peach, each in a regular and a Frozen version. The Frozen versions are the icy ones. We have not tasted them, so we do not rate individual flavours.
Device compatibility and everyday use
A 70VG liquid wicks best in tanks and coils built for thicker liquid, and the listing points to sub-ohm devices and high-wattage pods. If you use a pod, check that the coil is rated for 70VG first, and see our reviews of the Uwell Caliburn GPP 3ml pods and the Geekvape Wenax Q Ultra pod system for options we cover.
Decant into a smaller bottle if that helps with refilling, label it clearly and keep every bottle out of reach of children and pets. Store upright away from heat, and keep it off skin and out of eyes.
How it compares with other e-liquids
The table compares this liquid with two others we list, using only figures from their listings. Cost per ml is our own calculation from the listed price.

UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE fall under a national standard, which you can read about on the MOIAT website. SAMS Vape Max contains nicotine, which is addictive. Rules on e-liquid nicotine strength and bottle size can change and we cannot confirm every detail here, so check the current requirements with MOIAT before you buy. Rules can change, so confirm current limits with MOIAT rather than relying on any blog post.
The NHS says vaping is less harmful than smoking but not risk-free, and that it is not for people who do not smoke or for children. We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. Keep devices, pods, coils and liquids away from children and pets.
This post is general product information, not medical or legal advice, and we make no claim that vaping helps anyone quit smoking.
Price, delivery and final verdict
The listed price is AED 60 for the 120ml bottle, about AED 0.50 per ml. Prices and stock can change, so check the SAMS Vape Max listing for the current figure.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| 120ml bottle with the lowest cost per ml of the liquids compared | Large bottle means a bigger upfront spend and a lot of one flavour |
| 12 fruit flavours, each in regular and Frozen versions | Fruit only, no tobacco or dessert options |
| 70VG freebase for sub-ohm and high-wattage devices | Thick liquid may not suit small pod coils |
| AED 60 listed price | Listing gives no full ingredient list or lab results |
Our verdict: SAMS Vape Max suits adult nicotine users who vape daily on a sub-ohm or high-wattage device and want the lowest cost per ml among the liquids we compared. It is not for non-smokers, and not a small-pod salt liquid.
