Voopoo Drag Nano 2 review: quick verdict and who it suits
The Drag Nano 2 is a small, square pod kit with a leather or PC panel, for adults who want a pocketable mouth-to-lung device with a choice of power levels.
It competes with the Argus P1 and the Argus P1S on size and battery.
Who should buy it
Buy the Drag Nano 2 if you like the Drag styling, want three set power levels and a top-fill pod, and an 800mAh battery is enough for you.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you want a bigger battery or a screen. The Argus P1S costs AED 5 less, and larger-battery kits cost little more.
Specifications and what is in the listing
The listing gives the following for this Voopoo Drag Nano 2 review: an 800mAh internal battery, output of 8 to 20W across three adjustable power levels, a 2ml top-fill pod, 0.8 ohm and 1.2 ohm cartridges in the kit, integrated mesh coils, USB Type-C charging, a zinc-alloy body with leather or PC panels and an adjustable infinite airflow system.
The listing says the airflow can range from tight mouth-to-lung to looser restricted direct-to-lung. It lists five colours, which change with stock.
Voopoo Drag Nano 2 power, battery and draw
Three power levels from 8 to 20W let you pick a setting for each liquid. An 800mAh battery suits a light user and needs a top-up daily for most.
Pods and coils
The kit includes 0.8 ohm and 1.2 ohm pods with integrated mesh coils. Because the coil is in the pod, you replace the pod when it wears. Check the listing for the right spares.
Everyday use and upkeep
Top filling is simple and the airflow ring gives a wide range of draw. Select a power level that suits your liquid.
Charge with USB Type-C, avoid parked cars in Dubai heat and let a new pod soak before use. Do not overfill the 2ml pod.
How it compares with similar kits
The table compares the Drag Nano 2 with three other Voopoo kits we list, using figures from the product titles and listings.
| Kit | Power | Battery | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Voopoo Drag Nano 2 | 8-20W | 800mAh | AED 115 |
| Voopoo Argus P1 | Up to 20W | 800mAh | AED 120 |
| Voopoo Argus P1S | Smart 5-25W | 800mAh | AED 110 |
| Voopoo Argus G | 5-25W | 1000mAh | AED 120 |
The Argus P1S is AED 5 cheaper and the Argus P1 costs AED 5 more with the same battery. The Argus G costs AED 5 more with 200mAh extra.
UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE fall under a national standard, which you can read about on the UAE.S 5030:2018 standard (MoIAT). This is a refillable kit, so the nicotine strength depends on the liquid. Buy only from a licensed seller and keep the receipt. Rules can change, so confirm current limits with MOIAT rather than relying on any blog post.
The NHS says vaping is less harmful than smoking but not risk-free, and that it is not for people who do not smoke or for children. We sell only to adults aged 21 and over. Keep devices, pods, coils and liquids away from children and pets.
This post is general product information, not medical or legal advice, and we make no claim that vaping helps anyone quit smoking.
Price, delivery and final verdict
The Drag Nano 2 is listed at AED 115. Prices and stock change, so check the product page before you order.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Three power levels and infinite airflow | 800mAh is small |
| Top-fill 2ml pod | 2ml pod means frequent refills |
| Compact, leather or PC panel design | Integrated coil pods |
| 0.8 and 1.2 ohm pods in the kit | No screen |
Our verdict: the Voopoo Drag Nano 2 is a stylish compact kit, but a few dirhams more buys a larger battery elsewhere.
