OXVA Xlim SQ Pro 2 review: quick verdict and who it suits
The Xlim SQ Pro 2 has a built-in 1600mAh battery, Type-C 5V/2A fast charging that the listing puts at about 45 minutes, and adjustable output up to 30W. It can be fired by drawing or by button, and it offers a Smart Mode that detects the coil automatically and an Eco Mode that saves battery.
It takes Xlim Top-Fill V3 pods, with 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm pods included, as well as Xlim EZ pods and Xlim prefilled cartridges, and the listing says it supports both nic salt and freebase liquids.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you are an adult nicotine user who wants a feature-rich pod device with adjustable power and airflow, a touchscreen and a choice of pods and liquids.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you do not already use nicotine, or if you want a simple button-free device, where the Relx Infinity 2 is easier, or a lower price, where the Vaporesso Xros Mini is AED 90.
Specifications and what is in the listing
The listing gives these details. The battery is a built-in 1600mAh cell and charging is Type-C 5V/2A. Power is adjustable up to 30W, the display is an HD smart touchscreen and firing is draw-activated or by button. Airflow is an adjustable slider covering MTL and RDTL, and the body is a square design weighing 88g. The description adds a puff diary, a five-digit counter, a stopwatch and a flashlight, and the kit comes in ten colours: Black Carbon, Black Leather, Blue Shadow, Brown Leather, Brown Wood, Celadon Marble, Dream Pink, Dream Purple, Frost Marble and Gunmetal Wood.
The listing does not give the pod capacity in millilitres, a battery life or the nicotine strength, because strength depends on the liquid you add. The 45 minute charge time is the listing claim, not our measurement.
OXVA Xlim SQ Pro 2 review: pods, liquids and nicotine strength
Because the kit takes refillable pods, the nicotine strength is set by the liquid you choose, not by the device. Nicotine is addictive at any strength, and salt liquids can carry high strengths that feel smooth.
Salt or freebase?
The listing says both work. In general, nic salt suits lower power and a tighter draw, and freebase suits higher power and a looser draw, but check the pod and coil rating before you fill. Check current MOIAT rules before buying any liquid, and read our guide to choosing replacement coils and pods. Our OXVA Xlim SQ Pro review covers the related model.
Power, airflow and everyday use
Smart Mode detects the coil and sets the output for you, while Eco Mode is meant to save battery. The airflow slider lets you tighten the draw for MTL or open it for RDTL. The touchscreen supports themes and gestures, according to the listing.
Charge the kit with a suitable adapter, keep it away from heat and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Refill pods slowly and wipe away spills.

UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE fall under a national standard, which you can read about on the MOIAT website. The Xlim SQ Pro 2 is a device, and the nicotine strength comes from the liquid you use. Nicotine is addictive. Rules on e-liquid strength can change and we cannot confirm every strength here, so check the current requirements with MOIAT before you buy liquid. Rules can change, so confirm current limits with MOIAT rather than relying on any blog post.
The NHS says vaping is less harmful than smoking but not risk-free, and that it is not for people who do not smoke or for children. We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. Keep devices, pods, coils and liquids away from children and pets.
This post is general product information, not medical or legal advice, and we make no claim that vaping helps anyone quit smoking.
Price, delivery and final verdict
The listed price is AED 125. Prices and stock can change, so check the Xlim SQ Pro 2 listing for the current figure.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| 1600mAh battery and adjustable output up to 30W | Costs more than the Xros kits |
| HD touchscreen, puff diary, counter and stopwatch | More features than a simple user may want |
| Takes three pod types and both salt and freebase | Pod capacity in ml is not stated |
| Adjustable airflow for MTL and RDTL, ten colours | Charge time is a listing claim |
Our verdict: the Xlim SQ Pro 2 suits adult nicotine users who want an adjustable, feature-rich pod kit with a touchscreen and a choice of pods. It costs more than the Xros kits and is less simple than the Relx Infinity 2, so you are paying for features.
