Delivery and payment

Delivery is free on orders above AED 350. Terms depend on your emirate:

  • Dubai: within 2 hours depending on traffic, 10am to 11pm, 7 days. Pay by cash, card or bank transfer.
  • Sharjah and Ajman: 10am to 11pm, 7 days. Pay by cash, card or bank transfer.
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK and UAQ: within 24 hours by courier, Monday to Saturday, with no courier on Sunday. Pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Online card payments accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Age, safety and UAE rules

Vape products are for adults only, and we sell to adults aged 21 and over. UAE rules on nicotine products can set a higher minimum age, so check the current law where you live.
