Relx Infinity 2 review: quick verdict and who it suits
The Infinity 2 is a slim, inhalation-activated pod device with no buttons. The listing gives it a 380mAh battery, USB-C fast charging, a steady 6W output and a 1.0 to 1.2 ohm pod coil system, in an aluminium alloy body that weighs about 25g.
It is made to be simple: you fit an Infinity pod and draw. That suits people who want little setup, and it is less suited to anyone who wants to adjust wattage or airflow.
Who should buy it
Buy it if you are an adult nicotine user who wants a small, light, button-free device and are happy to stay inside the RELX Infinity pod range.
Who should skip it
Skip it if you do not already use nicotine, if you want adjustable power or a bigger battery, or if you want to choose from many pods and liquids. The Vaporesso Xros 2 offers 11 to 16W and a 1000mAh battery.
Specifications and what is in the listing
The listing gives these details. The brand is Relx, the battery is 380mAh and rechargeable, charging is USB-C fast charging and the coil system is 1.0 to 1.2 ohm. The description adds a 6W output, a weight of about 25g, an aluminium alloy body, inhalation activation and six colours: Blue Bay, Cherry Blossom, Dark Asteroid, Green Navy, Obsidian Black and Royal Indigo.
The listing is unclear on one point. It describes the product as a refillable pod system, yet also says the nicotine strength depends on the RELX Infinity pod you choose, which is how prefilled pods work. It does not say whether a pod is included. Confirm what is in the box before you order.
Relx Infinity 2 review: pods, nicotine strength and use
Because strength is set by the pod, you choose it when you buy pods, not on the device. Nicotine is addictive at any strength, and pod strengths can be high, so read the label on every pod.
Which strength should you choose?
Choose the lowest strength that suits you and check current MOIAT rules before you buy pods. Our guide to choosing replacement coils and pods explains how coil resistance changes the draw.
Battery, charging and everyday use
A 380mAh battery is small, which keeps the device light but means more frequent charging than a 1000mAh kit. USB-C fast charging shortens the wait. The listing does not give a charge time or a battery life, so we do not state either.
At about 25g the device is easy to carry. Keep it away from heat, charge it with a suitable adapter and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
How it compares with other pod kits
The table compares this kit with two other pod kits we list, using only figures from their listings.
| Pod kit | Battery | Output | Pod and coil | Price (AED) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Relx Infinity 2 (this review) | 380mAh | 6W | RELX Infinity pods, 1.0-1.2 ohm | 140 |
| Vaporesso Xros Mini | 1000mAh | 11-16W | 1.2 ohm pod pre-installed, 0.8 ohm mesh pod sold separately | 90 |
| Vaporesso Xros 2 | 1000mAh | 11-16W | 0.8 ohm mesh or 1.2 ohm regular pod | 100 |

UAE rules, nicotine strength and safe use
Electronic nicotine products sold in the UAE fall under a national standard, which you can read about on the MOIAT website. The Infinity 2 is a device, and the nicotine strength comes from the pods you use. Nicotine is addictive. Rules on pod strength can change and we cannot confirm every strength here, so check the current requirements with MOIAT before you buy pods. Rules can change, so confirm current limits with MOIAT rather than relying on any blog post.
The NHS says vaping is less harmful than smoking but not risk-free, and that it is not for people who do not smoke or for children. We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. Keep devices, pods, coils and liquids away from children and pets.
This post is general product information, not medical or legal advice, and we make no claim that vaping helps anyone quit smoking.
Price, delivery and final verdict
The listed price is AED 140. Prices and stock can change, so check the Infinity 2 listing for the current figure.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Slim, light body of about 25g | Small 380mAh battery |
| Inhalation-activated, no buttons to learn | Fixed 6W output, no adjustment |
| USB-C fast charging, six colours | Tied to RELX Infinity pods |
| Simple to use | Listing is unclear on whether a pod is included |
Our verdict: the Infinity 2 suits adult nicotine users who want a very small, simple, button-free device and are comfortable with RELX Infinity pods. It costs more than the larger Xros kits we list, so you are paying for size and simplicity, not power.
